It is recommended to include postures that move your entire body with the purpose of warming your muscles and reducing the risk of injury; you should also include many standing poses, and finish your sequence with sivasana or child’s pose (the restorative pose).
An important aspect of yoga is breathing, so you have to use a breath cycle (inhale and exhale) in your sequence. It is important to breathe only through the nose with the purpose of helping to soothe the nervous system and build heat. You must keep your breathing smooth and deep.
Something important to keep in mind is you must practice Yoga in the early morning or evening on an empty stomach. Triangle pose or Trikonasana in Sanskrit: It is a pose that relieves backache, because you lengthen your spine, hamstrings, groins and hips. This pose also helps with stress.
